At Nomi design House, we take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Since most of our products are custom-made specifically for you, our policy is designed to be fair to both the creator and the customer.
1. Custom-Printed Items
Because customized products (Hoodies, T-shirts, Caps, etc., featuring your specific logo or name) are unique to you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for Change of Mind. Please double-check your design, spelling, and size selection before confirming your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If we make a mistake, we will fix it! You are eligible for a Replacement or Full Refund if:
- The product arrived damaged (torn or broken).
- There is a major printing error on our part (wrong logo, wrong name, or incorrect color).
- You received the wrong size compared to what you ordered.
Note: To claim a refund or replacement for damage, you must provide a clear photo or video of the defect within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
3. Size Exchanges
We provide detailed size charts for all our apparel (S, M, L, XL, XXL).
For Plain (Non-Customized) items, exchanges are possible within 3 days, provided the customer covers the two-way delivery charges.
Please refer to the size chart carefully before ordering.
We cannot offer exchanges or refunds if the customer selects the wrong size for a customized item.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Before Printing: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund of your advance payment.
- After Printing: Once the printing process has started, the 50% advance payment is non-refundable as it covers the cost of materials used for your specific design.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved by our team:
- It will be processed within 24 Hours.
- Refunds will be sent via the original payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer).
6. Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) parcel for a customized item without a valid reason, the 50% advance payment will be forfeited, and the customer may be blacklisted from future custom orders.
